      1. How do I expect to receive the order?

      We have partnered with one of the largest couriers in the country for all of our deliveries, once your order has been processed by our team you will receive a notification email from us with a link to track your order with the courier company.

      Note that all the deliveries are marked with Authority to Leave; ie. Our courier will leave the package at the safest place available. Gracious Plant or the courier shall not be responsible if the package is being stolen from your property.

      Note: We do not deliver to Parcel Locker or PO Box addresses

      2. Why shipping of PLANTS to NT, WA and TAS is not available?

      As much as we would like you to enjoy the plant as we do, we currently do not ship to these area due to quarantine reasons. However, this restriction is not applicable to pots and accessories so you can still order our uniquely hand painted pots together with any accessories to complement your home or garden needs.

       3. Shipping Cost In Australia

      We currently offer delivery to Metro Melbourne. Free delivery for order over $100 within 10km of Bentleigh East, Victoria. For order under $100, a delivery fee of $15 will be applicable.

      4. Pickup

      During the covid-19 crisis, to keep things organized and safe, we offer contactless pick up from our studio at Bentleigh East, Victoria during Mon-Friday from 4pm to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 12pm.
